Get rid of lice eggs

The hardest part of an effective lice treatment is to totally get rid of lice eggs. After a good comb out you shouldn't have any more live lice and most of the nits. The lice eggs are tough to see, and an additional comb should be done several days later to see if ant lice eggs were missed.
